WAKAMATSU

Massage and Dry Needling

Welcome to Wakamatsu,

I blend traditional Japanese techniques with modern therapeutic approaches, including sports massage, lymphatic drainage, and dry needling, to create treatments tailored to your individual needs. Whether you’re looking to relieve tension, support recovery, or simply take time to unwind, each session is designed with care and intention.more

Wakamatsu (若松), which means “young pine” in Japanese, symbolises vitality, resilience, and steady growth. This philosophy guides my approach. Rather than offering temporary relief alone, I focus on ongoing body maintenance to help you stay flexible, energised, and balanced in your daily life.

With regular, personalised treatments, your body can remain strong and resilient, just like a pine tree growing steadily over time.
