I first trained in Momihogushi (揉みほぐし) and Reflexology. Momihogushi is a Japanese relaxation massage performed over clothing, without oil, using just the right amount of pressure. It focuses on releasing tension and targeting key pressure points to help clients feel deeply relaxed and revitalised.
I have since expanded my practice to include sports massage, lymphatic drainage, and dry needling.
I combine the mindful touch of momihogushi with modern techniques to create sessions tailored to individual needs whether it’s easing tension, supporting recovery, or simply taking a moment to unwind.
I’ve worked in both luxury hotel spas and private settings, which has taught me the importance of personalised care and creating a calm, welcoming space. My goal is always to help clients reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and leave feeling restored and renewed.
